Spicy Buffalo Chicken and Blue Cheese Potatoes

I can hardly believe it's June 3rd! I've been looking forward to this week for a looooong time. Back in February, a group of my girl friends planned a trip to Florida for one our friends who was diagnosed with cancer in 2012. She's now in remission and we're gonna have a "F-Cancer" Weekend. I can only imagine the amount of girly frozen drinks, glitter and giggling in my near future. It's going to be fun!!
