I’m so happy for March to be here tomorrow. I might be shoveling “heart attack snow,” but just saying the word March makes me think of all things Spring. Please remind me of my optimism when I’m complaining about “where is spring??!!” in like 2 weeks. Me & patience don’t play nice together.
I’ve been getting a lot of new followers over here at The Tasty Fork, so I thought it would be smart to do a recipe round-up for the month. You know, so all of you can get caught up on my February creations just in case you missed something. I’ve got a little bit of everything – breakfast, lunch, dinner and a little dessert.
Recipe round ups are one of my favorite things to pin to Pinterest! I find it super convenient to have a group of recipes all in one place. I think I’m getting more organized the older I get.
Ok, so on to the round up! Click on the recipe title or picture to get the full recipe. This is what I ate this month
Red Curry Yogurt Chicken – One of my favorite recipes from Culinary school but with a twist of curry!
Lasagna Bolognese Pasta Toss – I love lasagna but not when I have to wait an hour for it to bake. This recipe fixes that problem.
Inside Out Chicken Enchiladas – A new twist on a Mexican favorite!
Peanut Butter Cap’n Crunch & Chocolate Bars – This was my favorite cereal as a kid. One bite reminds me I need to be a kid more often.
Four Cheese Risotto with Bacon & Caramelized Onions – A restaurant style meal and worth every calorie!!
Cobb Salad Egg Rolls – A fun way to eat a salad baked in an egg roll. A great appetizer or eat a couple for dinner.
(5 Ingredient) Slow Cooker Ranch Seasoned Beef – Hands down, my favorite recipe of the month. It’s a must try!
Easy Apple & Goat Cheese Turnover – Eat this for a sweet breakfast or dessert. A very versatile & simple recipe.
Blue Cheese Burgers with Steak Sauce Tomatoes & Onions – One bite of this burger and you’ll be thinking of summer!
Sweet Potato & Cranberry Muffins – A heart healthy recipe filled with Vitamin C & antioxidants.
Fire Roasted Jalapeno Turkey Chili – A chili made with lots of meat, spice and little beer. Very guy friendly!
It’s hard to believe we’re heading into the 3rd month of 2013! What are you looking forward to in March??!! If you’re going on Spring Break, please take me with you!

Hmmmm – Which one will I try first? I’m following you via G+. I host Fluster Creative Muster Party on Wednesdays and I would love it if you would come by and party with us. Hope to see you there!
Hugs, Smiles, and Blessings,

Sally, we’re totally peanut butter loving sisters! I think the world would be a better place if all issues were settled over some kind of peanut butter treat.
