Follow Friday: Back For Seconds


#FollowFriday is one of my favorite posts to share with all of you! I really enjoying finding great blogs. There are so many creative people out there and it’s so fun to connect with others who share the same passions.

I’ve been holding out on all of you. I’ve been crushing on Back for Seconds for, like, 4 months. Stephanie is amazing! She develops recipes and takes amazing pictures. I’m not sure how she finds the time to delight us with sweet treats; Stephanie has twin boys and a little girl. Not to mention a hair stylist and makes jewelry. She’s the ultimate girly girl, a Mom, a wife and lover of anything with glitter.

I’m going to assume you’ve thrown in the towel on your healthy eating resolution and you’re ready to swap out a boring salad for some delicious treats. Back for Seconds will have you eating sugar in no time… but in case if you are still eating healthy, be sure to check out all of Stephanie’s Skinny Recipes. For the month of January, a majority of her recipes leaned on the lighter side. She has something for everyone!

Here are my top 5 recipes from Back for Seconds!

1. Four Ingredient SKINNY Chocolate Cheesecake Mousse




See, this is the SKINNY stuff I was talking about. It’s totally possible to eat amazing desserts and they aren’t loaded with calories. THANK YOU, Stephanie for sharing this recipe! I’ll totally be making this soon.

2. Peanut Butter S’more Bars




How can s’mores taste even better?? Add peanut butter! I love this cookie bar. And the best part – it’s no bake!

3. Coconut Carrot Mini Cakes




This recipe isn’t the usual carrot cake recipe. Stephanie doesn’t care of raisins or nuts, but I doubt you’ll miss it. These mini cakes have coconut and a to-die-for cream cheese glaze. YUM!

4. Brownie Stuffed Cookies


I love brownies. My hubby loves cookies. Can you guess what I’ll be baking this weekend?? :)

5. Fully Loaded Hot Fudge Bars
